How to use

For best results, the eyelid should be clean and oil-free. Apply the eyeliner from the inner to the outer corner of the eye along the lash line. For a more dramatic look, the line can extend beyond the outer corner. Allow it to dry for a few seconds before applying any other eye makeup.
