How to use

For best results, the eyelid should be clean and oil-free. Apply the eyeliner from the inner to the outer corner of the eye along the lash line. For a more dramatic look, the line can extend beyond the outer corner. Allow it to dry for a few seconds before applying any other eye makeup. Tip: The LONGWEAR INTENSE LIQUID LINER can also be applied over eyeshadow without losing intensity. After use, close tightly and store upright with the tip pointing downwards.
