Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada only.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to one business day for tracking updates to appear.
2. SHIPPING RATES
- Orders of $150 CAD or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping
- Orders under $150 CAD are subject to a $15 CAD flat shipping fee
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We ship all orders with signature required to ensure that your package is not left outside in extreme weather conditions or at risk of theft. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notice may be left by the carrier for pickup or redelivery.
4. CARRIERS
We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and others.
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier based on the most efficient delivery method.
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
Avanti Le Spa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when delivery instructions are followed and confirmed by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
7. RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a package is returned to us due to:
- failed delivery attempts
- refusal of delivery
- incorrect address
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

To assist you efficiently, please have the following information ready:
- The products you wish to order
- Your shipping address
- Your payment information (Visa or Mastercard)
All telephone orders are processed securely. We do not store your credit card information.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
