Refund policy

At Avanti Le Spa, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in original condition and undamaged packaging (including sealed cellophane where applicable).
All returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order (online) or date of purchase (in-store).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
The following items are final sale:
- Opened or used products
- Individual items from bundles
- Sale or discounted items
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns where we detect excessive or abusive return activity.
2. ONLINE PURCHASES (AVANTILESPA.COM)
Returns by mail:
- You must contact us before returning any item so we can authorize and guide the return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- We do not accept COD or unauthorized returns
Returns in-store:
- Online purchases may be returned in-store within 10 days, provided they meet return conditions
Once received, all returns are inspected. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Processing may take up to 14 business days (your bank may take longer)
3. IN-STORE PURCHASES
In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 10 days, provided:
- The item is unopened and unused
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. If a refund is not possible, store credit may be issued.
Store credit:
- Does not expire
- Cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law)
- Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
4. ALLERGIC REACTIONS
If you have known sensitivities, we recommend testing products carefully before full use.
If you experience an allergic reaction:
- Notify us within 48 hours of use
- The product must be at least 75% full
- A doctor’s note and/or photos may be required
If approved, we will offer an exchange or store credit.
5. RETURN PROCESS
Once your return is authorized:
1. Carefully package the item(s) to avoid damage during transit
2. Include your order number and name (or packing slip if available)
3. Seal the package securely
4. Ship using Canada Post or a carrier of your choice
Please note:
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
- Items returned outside the return window may not be refunded or returned to you
6. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If your order has already been processed or assigned a tracking number, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
7. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order
