How to Use

For daily use:
In the shower, apply your preferred shower gel to the body mitt and gently massage the skin. For the face accessory, use the soft side with makeup remover. Rinse the accessory thoroughly after use and hang to air dry.

For deep weekly exfoliation:

  1. Begin with a warm or lukewarm bath or shower for 3–5 minutes. Do not use soap or other cleansing products during this step.
  2. Wet the body mitt for approximately 30 seconds, then wring it out thoroughly.
  3. Step out of the water and leave the skin damp rather than wet.
  4. Using firm strokes, exfoliate upward from the bottom of the limbs and along the back, working toward the heart. Use circular motions on the torso, shoulders, buttocks, and knees. For the face, use the exfoliating side of the accessory with gentle massage movements, concentrating on the T-zone, neck, and hairline.
  5. Rinse the skin and accessories thoroughly, then hang to dry naturally.
