RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with an Avanti Le Spa purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Avantilespa.com purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in unopened/unusedcondition. Avanti Le Spa monitors return activity by customers, from abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Avanti Le Spa will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.

All returns are subject to validation and approval by Avanti Le Spa's discretion, within 10 days after the date you received your purchase

AVANTILESPA.COM PURCHASES

Avantilespa.com purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to any of our Avanti Le Spa or by mail, at your expense. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

When you return your purchase to Avanti Le Spa by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the purchase price of the item.

For Avantilespa.com products returned in store, rather than by mail, refunds are only provided if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive a full refund to your credit. If a purchase was made using gift card or store credit, you will receive a refund on a store credit.

Items purchased on Avantilespa.com may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Avanti Le Spa outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

Avantilespa.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail.

AVANTILESPA.COM RETURN PROCEDURES

Here are two easy ways to return your item:

1. AVANTILESPA.COM RETURNS BY MAIL

Please contact us by email, before making your return, so we can inform you on where and how to return product.

 Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items shipped to Avanti Le Spa outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

2. AVANTILESPA.COM, RETURNS TO STORE LOCATIONS

Visit any free-standing Avanti Le Spa store to return an item purchased from Avantilespa.com within 30 days of purchase.

  • Please bring your Order Summary and Receipt with you, as well as the credit card you used to place your order.

GIFT RETURNS

Gifts returned within 30 days of the original purchase date along with the original receipt or gift receipt will be refunded or exchanged at your preference.

Items accompanied by a receipt but returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Items returned without a receipt but found within our system will be processed according to the Avanti Le Spa refund and exchange policy. Any products not accompanied by a receipt and not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

AVANTI LE SPA IN-STORE PURCHASES

In-store purchases at Avanti Le Spa are exchangeable only for store credit in the form of an Avanti Le Spa merchandise gift card, provided the product is unopened and accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt. Opened skincare products cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you do not have your receipt, your transaction may be able to be verified if you present the credit card used. For approved exchanges without a receipt that have been verified, or when you attempt to exchange your item with a receipt after 30 days of the purchase date, we offer store credit in the form of an Avanti Le Spa merchandise credit.

Exchanges without a receipt or that cannot otherwise be verified are at Avanti Le Spa’s discretion and will require a valid government-issued photo ID that will be manually recorded at the time of the exchange. Information from your ID will be retained in a third-party database of customer return activity that Avanti Le Spa uses to authorize exchanges and prevent fraud. Information in this database will not be used for marketing purposes.

Avanti Le Spa merchandise credit does not have an expiration date, cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold, and can only be used at Avanti Le Spa stores (not at Avantilespa.com). Avanti Le Spa merchandise credit will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, please notify us within 48hrs. Products may be returned within 10 business days of reaction confirmation. Please be aware that a doctor’s note and/or photos of the reaction may be required.
