I am already an Avanti customer. What do I need to do to join the Avanti Club?

If you are already an Avanti customer, you are automatically enrolled in the Avanti Club. You simply need to sign in to your account. You will then be invited to follow and complete all required steps. This will give you access to your tier status and available points. Points can only be earned on purchases made after joining the Avanti Club and cannot be redeemed on past purchases.

How do I earn Avanti Club points?

How do I get my 200 birthday points?

Visit the Avanti Club page, log in, and scroll to the birthday reward under “Ways to Earn.” Enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance, and 200 points will automatically be added to your account on your birthday.

What if my birthday is less than 30 days away?

If you enter your birthday in the Avanti Club section less than 30 days in advance, you won’t receive birthday points this year. Your 200 points will be added to your account on your birthday the following year.

How is your tier status determined?

Your tier status is based on your annual spending on eligible online purchases after joining the Avanti Club. To keep your tier, you must meet its spending requirement each year. Your tier may be adjusted if you return purchases that helped you qualify, or in cases of fraudulent or unethical activity.

How can I confirm what tier I have reached?

After logging in, scroll down to the tier section of the Avanti Club account page. There it will confirm your current tier status.

What happens if I don't spend enough to maintain my tier status?

If you don’t meet your tier’s annual spending requirement, you’ll move to the tier that matches your eligible online spending. You’ll still be an Avanti Club member and enjoy the benefits available at your new tier.

How can I redeem my points?

Once you’ve earned 250 points, you can redeem them for discount codes. To use your points, go to the “Avanti Club” section of your customer account. From there, you can choose the discount amount you’d like to redeem. Your points rewards can be redeemed online at AvantiLeSpa.com only.

Will my rewards expire?

Your points will never expire as a member of the Avanti Club!

Can I combine my points rewards with other offers?

Points rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, gift with purchase, or any other offers.

Can I return my order if I use points?

Yes. After obtaining an authorisation for your return. You will be able to return your entire order. The total dollar value after the reward was applied will be refunded. your points will also be added back to your account.

I want to transfer my points to someone else's account, is this possible?

Your loyalty account is strictly personal. It is not possible to transfer your points or benefits to another person.
