All couriers are experiencing high volumes and parcels may be delayed, we cannot guarantee delivery times but we will ship with the quickest option available.

Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, order processing is from Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays), once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information, please allow up to one business day for tracking information to update.

STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY 

  • For purchases under $75 CAD, a $15 CAD shipping fee will be added to your total at the time of checkout and may be shipped with standard postal service with a tracking number.
  • Any purchase over $75 CAD will receive FREE Standard Shipping.
  • You have the option to choose expedited shipping at an additional cost at the time of checkout. Express items will arrive within 1-3 business days.

      Annie Young Boutique Spa ships, "Signature Required" on all items for security purposes, please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your package. If the shipment is returned to Annie Young Boutique Spa due to inability to deliver or refusal of the package, we will refund you the amount minus any shipping fees Annie Young Boutique Spa has incurred. UPS/FedEx/DHL do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

      Annie Young Boutique Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when this option is requested. We are not able to change signature requirements once the package has left our premises.

      Annie Young Boutique Spa reserves the right to ship via different carriers without prior notification such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, Canpar or Loomis. Some brands ship directly to you and may use other couriers not mentioned, a tracking number will be always provided.
